After years of dedicated service in the field of physiotherapy, our protagonist, a passionate physiotherapist, completed a master's degree that deepened his understanding of the human body and its ailments. Over the span of twelve years, he interacted with hundreds of patients, carefully analysing their medical histories and identifying common issues.

Through this extensive experience, he discovered that many musculoskeletal problems stemmed from a combination of dietary insufficiencies, lack of fitness, inappropriate exercises for individual body types, insufficient exercise dosage, and a poor motivation to commit to fitness programs. Additionally, the midway drop-off in therapy sessions indicated a general lack of commitment, emphasising the importance of fostering ongoing engagement in their patients' health journeys.

This revelation not only shaped his approach to treatment but also reinforced the importance of a holistic view of health, integrating diet and lifestyle changes alongside traditional physiotherapy practices.
