A SHORT STORY ABOUT US

It all began with a candid discussion with my clinic manager over a cup of coffee regarding scheduling appointments and managing clinics at work, & the thought of setting up a clinic came to me instantly. At that point, I was experiencing financial difficulties. Nevertheless, I started the months-long preparation for this undertaking by presenting my idea to close friends and family & turned to them for some financial assistance.

By some miracle, my close friend Jagan Mohan Reddy provided me with my first financial assistance at an unexpected moment, followed by another close friend Naga Sai Sharath. Finally, I secured a short-term loan from my mother. I will remain eternally grateful to them, as their unwavering support is an outcome of Nishta's origin on December 17, 2023.

ORIGIN OF NISHTA PHYSIOTHERAPY
ORIGIN OF CLINIC NAME

Nishta means "devotion and dedication" in Sanskrit. These are two key components of physical fitness and overall health. The word is derived from shloka 62 of the Vishnu Sahasranama.

'Trisama samaga-samah nirvanam bheshajam bhishak |Sanya-sakrutchha-mashanto nishtha-shantih para-yanam ||'

When people are in pain, they either manage it with medication, apply heat or ice, or attend a few sessions of treatment until the discomfort goes away, only to suffer again when the pain returns a few months or years later.

Physiotherapy focuses on treating pain as well as the underlying cause, as well as teaching clients discipline and consistency in order to keep fitness under supervision to live an active pain-free lifestyle.

The logo’s core depicts a meditating Buddha surrounded by meticulously organised flower petals, symbolising patience, commitment, and consistency in gaining mastery over the senses, resulting in mental and physical harmony. Encircling the spikes are the seven fundamental abilities of humans: flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, control, coordination, and proprioception. Nishta physiotherapy focuses on physical evaluation and identifies the lacking ability unique to their medical condition and tailors’ fitness routines accordingly.

Director's Message

"As a senior physiotherapist, I strive to provide patients with an in-depth understanding of what physiotherapy is. It's not just a massage, machine-assisted therapy or random exercise prescription. The profession offers a wealth of knowledge about exercise and fitness tailored to each individual's body type; suggestions for physical activity are only made after a clinical evaluation of the condition-specific muscles and spine."
